Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans run as 90-day sprints with no annual lock-in. If we are not the right fit, you can move on after the sprint.
Who actually runs my account?
You work directly with founder Sam Dunning and our lead SEOs, not junior account managers. The same people you meet on the call do the strategy and oversight on the work.
How do I know what is happening week to week?
Updates are shared as results occur, not bottled up into a single monthly report. Slack channels (on Growth Mode and above), email and pre-booked Zoom sessions keep you in the loop in real time.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 90-day growth guarantee. If we don't hit the agreed leading-indicator milestones in the first sprint, we keep working until we do.
What is the average client spend?
Around $7K per month. Minimum spend is $4K per month. We also offer tailored plans starting at $4K per month for teams with a narrower scope.
Will you take any B2B client?
No. If we are not confident we can move pipeline for you, we will say so on the first call. We only take on clients where SEO is the right investment right now.
